Leucadia Beach Inn
To serve visitors traveling along Coast Highway 101 between Los Angeles and Mexico, the Leucadia Inn was constructed in the classic California “horseshoe” design in the late 1920s, and completely renovated in 2005. Rooms face a friendly central courtyard that is flower and sun filled. The exterior design of the stucco buildings are of a timeless Southern California hacienda style. We are pet friendly with a one time fee of $50 and $25 per each additional pet.Within walking distance are the fabled Southern California beaches of Leucadia on the spectacular North Coast of San Diego County. CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
As a valued guest of the Leucadia Beach Inn, we appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us as your hotel of choice. Recognizing the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and associates. With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.
Cancellation policy & booking flexibility
We understand flexibility is key during uncertain times and that’s why we’re adjusting our cancellation policies. For reservations with stay dates through April 30th, 2020, we are waiving cancellation fees for existing and new individual reservations at the Leucadia Beach Inn. In this very fluid environment, we continue to monitor the situation and will revisit this policy as needed. For bookings made through a travel agent or online booking platform (i.e., Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), please contact them directly. We have advised these companies of our cancellation policy and you should refer to their terms and conditions.
During your stay
Rest assured our standard cleaning routines are very thorough; however, during this time, we have increased our efforts throughout our hotel. These actions include, but are not limited to, cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces and frequently touched items in guest rooms and throughout the public spaces of each hotel. We are also ensuring our associates have disposable wipes with them at all times to clean commonly used surfaces our lobby. It’s also important to note that our cleaning materials and supplies meet or exceed industry standards.
The focus on cleanliness and sanitation is imperative to our daily operation and has always been a top priority for our Inn. These additional measures will work to help ensure we continue to provide a safe environment for our guests.

Besides the ocean and superb shopping, golfing and dining in our beautiful coastal area, you can easily visit some of these fantastic attractions and points of interest. Beacon's Beach and Grandview Beach offer Superior surfing and are within walking distance from the inn.
